When does Brand Vectors act as your CMO?

While the economy is booming and there is increased need for skilled manpower at the CMO level, this resource is either scarce or too expensive. This is where we come in. You don't need a sharp resource all the time and hence need not own it. But you can call upon it on need basis.

  1. You are a SME and have an energetic but inexperienced marketing team. With rapidly growing economy, there is need for experienced CMO, but don’t yet see a need to spend on a full time expensive resource.
  2. You are a large organization and have complete infrastructure and the best of agencies working for you, but you still feel somewhere the brand inputs are getting predictable and stale. And you need a fresh approach, just to break the mould.
  3. You are a start-up and do not want to add large marketing team at high cost immediately.
  4. You are an SME and have a very robust marketing operations team, but it is time to strengthen the brand with focused brand activities. Need a team that has handled complex brand management assignments.
  5. You have a one time assignment, for which you need the best resources, but you do not want to own them.
